Overall great experience. We hired a jeep to drive up the coast and it was perfect and in great condition. When picking up the keys, the lovely lady at the front desk was super helpful in showing us a few places on the map. Thanks to her we visited Josephine Falls which ended up being a highlight of our trip! Would highly recommend A1!! Thanks!
Got to Cairns on last minute trip with limited rental car available.ngot to A1 on the phone and spoke to Rosa who proved to be super efficient (and very nice :-) and quick to find me a car. after a short drive from the airport - went to A1 office and got the Car 30 minutes after it was returned by the previous client (and cleaned quickly for me).ngreat service, great value for money and super professional.nthank you Rosa and A1 team.
I found the team at A1 very polite helpful. Car was clean and ready to go on pick up. The only issue I found was, i was not offered a manual, but I should have asked if they have a manual car. All in all I am very happy with their service.
I would recommend A1 car rentals small company but acts better than the big guys. Personal service cars clean and affordable willing to discuss the best option for you not just them. Will use them again in a heartbeat next time I am cairns and have told family members and friends to use when in Cairns.
We had a great experience with A1 Car Rentals. We hired during January 2021.nWe hired a Jeep Wrangler and it was great fun to drive.nThe staff were helpful and gave some great tips and info on places to see.nThey are also a booking agent for other activities and we also booked a Fitzroy Island tour with them.
