Extremely happy with Service from Enterprise in CAIRNS. The vehicle we requested was not available so we got a Free Upgrade to a much bigger and better car. Price was extremely competitive and service from ALL counter staff especially STUART was EXCELLENT,FRIENDLY and HELPFUL.nChecking in car back at the Airport was seamless and easy if you follow instructions given. Never having rented a car before, I was quite nervous, particularly because I’m under 25. Enterprise Car Rentals Cairns made the whole experience super easy for me and my partner to hire a car! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pick up and drop off was also super easy! I will definitely rent a car through them again and would definitely recommend them!
Great rental car company. Fantastic service at the Downtown Cairns office with no problems changing the booking to allow for airport drop off which made it super easy for us to return the car before our flight. Have rented with Enterprise in Australia and USA and always had good service.
We had a great experience with Leanne at the airport counter. It was a last minute booking and she did her best to accommodate us with our needs. Very welcoming and reliable. Easy pick up and drop off at the airport. The city shop is also very good and the gentleman showed us the map and helped us plan the route. Extremely happy with their genuine service. Highly recommend!
This was by far the best hire car experience I have had. From booking to drop off it was easy. I met with Beck in the office at pick up and she was fantastic. The car was clean, neat and tidy and I had no problems with it. We drove from Cairns to Port Douglas and around Port Douglas area for four days and upon return I had to put in $14.94 worth of petrol. Unbelievable value. Would definitely recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
