We were so lucky to get one of the last cars in Cairns because these guys went the extra mile for us. The car was clean and ran like a dream. That was perfect for us. Comfortable and reliable and allowed us to explore the region. It would not have been the same holiday without it and we were so grateful. The service was very efficient, friendly and good fun despite being flat out. And then, when my daughter left something valuable in the car they kept it for us and saved the day. All round great business that I would not hesitate to recommend.
Rented a car late notice no problems at all. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us some tips on where to go. The car itself was great, really new, and pick up and drop off couldn't have been easier.
Had a very smooth experience- I stopped by their office, got a car in a few minutes. Dropping it took less than a minute. The car was good
I hired the lowest budget option (2 door manual Getz), which I was lucky was available at short notice on a Saturday, it was an older car but worked a treat. Air con was great. Service was really friendly; the guy at office gave me lots of advice on what to do in the surrounding area.
Had a lot of trouble sourcing a hire car at short notice. All Day Car Rentals were able to source and provide a car at a reasonable price. I also rang up at one point and the person I spoke to on the phone was super helpful with my questions.
