Best service I have had this entire holiday, better than I have experienced from any other car hire. We needed a car last minute - they helped with very fair cost, we got the dates wrong - they helped, we got the pickup location wrong - they helped (be careful to read your confirmation email). By comparison, the airport hire companies were either not interested or tried to take advantage of us. Much cheaper and better service to deal with these guys. Car was in great condition, could not fault it.
Worst experience ever. If I could give 0 stars I would.nnBooked online a week or two in advance and had a booking email from them but when we arrived they said they hadn’t processed our booking and they didn’t have any vehicles available. So we were then left stranded in Cairns and our whole holiday had revolved around having a 4wd (ie Bloomfield track). No other companies had 4wd available for hire so this company effectively ruined our holiday.nnAvoid if at all possible.
Great experience with the staff, the jeep, the trip. Would hire from here again. No fuss, knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle i was hiring and had some great tips on 4wd tracks.
