Great bike shop. Super friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. Very happy to have found this place in Cairns. The people who work here are all accomplished riders and really know their stuff. Excellent price for service and done with great communication. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a bike off Marie and was given the most excellent service from start to finish. I live in Brisbane and so Marie spoke to me on the phone, helped me get my measurements, then found a bike that fit me perfectly and shipped it to Brisbane without me having to worry about anything. She also helped me get it reassembled in Brisbane. The bike is perfect for me and my training needs. I am a beginner bike rider so having someone so experienced help me out so much was a great peace of mind. Thanks Marie, definitely recommend this shop!

Very prompt & professional. The young man upgraded my rather old bike's rear gear cassette, brakes lines, wheel tubes & tires within a few hours of my visit to the store. The lady at the shop that I collected it from was very courteous & engaging. My bike now rolls beautifully.nfrom j.m: 0449.......

About a year ago I put a $250 deposit on a bike for my sons 10th birthday. I said will the bike be put out the back which I was told no there’s more room out here. 2 weeks later on my sons birthday I got a call saying the bike was sold cause untrained staff were put on. Totally unacceptable. I was offered a refund. I feel that a upgrade for same cost would of been more suitable. A year later and this situation still pisses me off!

I was in need of assistance with a mountain bike that I have bought for my daughter yesterday for her bday tomorrow. I dropped in out of the blue at cairns cycle works and they dropped everything to help. They were so helpful and handed the bike back to me within 5 minutes. I recommend Cairns cycle works to anyone.
