Ordered my bike last year and it had a waiting period. I had to constantly ring the store to find out when it would arrive as the delivery date kept being extended. They did not contact me at all until the bike arrived late in the year and I received a text. When picking up the bike I was not shown anything on its feature, seat height etc. I was advised I would receive an email for its first service in a couple of months. It's now June (over 6 months) and no email. If you want a good product with poor service then this is the place.nnThe shop has since contacted me to schedule the bikes first service which was greatly appreciated

Went in today to see the guys not knowing what to expect with the old bike. The shop is awesome and I was thinking I was going to get gouged on the price. Have to say these fellas are bloody top blokes full of enthusiasm, very helpful and they gave me a really good price for the repair. Thanks.
