Adam did a fantastic job fixing my TT front brakes at late notice right before racking the bike in T2 for Ironman. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind and thanks to him I'll be able to race tomorrow. He really knows his stuff and I would happily recommend him to anyone.

I have been a Motor Dealer for many years here in Cairns and totally understand the importance of customer service. Pump N Pedals are a leader in this area. They sell a quality range of products and have a service department that is second to none. thanks for your support over all these years.
Rude, arrogant and over priced.nI found Adam the so called head mechanic one of the worst I've dealt with.nFirst of all they don't contact you when your bike is complete.nSecond, the don't clean your bike during a service.nThird, they strip your bolts and even though you go back 30mins later to explain they have made a mistake, they are too arrogant to admit fault and try wipe their hands of any responsibility.nI would never shop here again and for any triathletes getting ready for a race, enter at your own peril.
Great support, had hydraulic brake issues after my flight. They slotted me into their busy service department resolving the issue quickly.
