Don’t bother going there! The woman who worked there was a poor excuse as a sales rep. Her product knowledge was zero and her attitude was appalling. Terrible customer service over all. We wish we didn’t ever go in there.

Wow - amazing customer service. David literally went the extra mile - he swung by another store in his own time, on his way to work, to pick up a couple of robe hooks for me as they were out of stock at his store. Couldn't ask for more.

Not to be trusted ud83dude20. Charge their trade customer full RRP. Our business Aquamech Services Pty Ltd established for 5.5 years had an account with trade link Woolloongabba. One day they decide to charge us the full RRP for an order. After several emails questioning the charges and no response it dragged on. Then my wife paid the monthly bills like she does before I had spoken with her about it. I give them a call to question being refunded the difference between trade and retail and the come back to me saying my account has been put on hold. Seriously, what a joke. Good on you trade link.

Great customer service on a warranty claim. Great communication and time frame.
