Purchased a Granite 1.0 gravel bike. Have used it now for a few months commuting to work and off road along the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Its a great bike for the price. Very happy with purchase. Received great service from the sales rep at the Brisbane store.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They helped me get my sizing exactly right and did a great job of a accomodating a few running repairs when I first got the bike. Reid's cycles are also good quality and quite affordable. Would recommend.
Not over the moon with our recent experience in the Brisbane store. Took over half an hour before being acknowledged by staff. We brought a kids bike, with helmet and basket. Opted to build it ourselves as we didn’t want to wait weeks and risk it not being ready for Christmas. The bike came with no instructions. No assembly directions online for the kids bikes. Pretty much just had to guess by looking at the product picture online. Not a great experience, but the product once finally put together is quite good. Very nice quality.
Perfect bike!nBought my urban X2 bike to start riding again after 10years of non riding. Am so happy with my slick matte black bike!I got So comfortable to ride and fast! Just using the bike to recreational riding by myself or with my 5yr old son. I'd received good customer service and advice from Reid Brisbane cycle shop. Great value for what you get in a bike. Highly recommended!
