Everybody ebikes

I have directly been involved in the purchase of 5 E-bikes from Freddy's through family and Friends and found that when Bruce was involved the customer service was fantastic, for this reason I continued on every opportunity to encourage people I talked with to consider Freddy’s when they were looking for a E-bike. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. Bruce leaves and the new owners show they don’t give #$% about customers, Some Months ago I took my E-bike in for some repairs and the Bike was returned to me with the Battery unable to charge, I asked then if they could see what the issue was with the battery or Charger and they said they would look at it and get back to me, 3 Months later after us contacting them and asking where they are up too, they still had done nothing to repair or diagnose the issue. So I decided to pick the Battery up from them where they proceeded to try and tell me they had fixed the issue, but then gave me the wrong Battery back before eventually finding My Battery and then saying they had not solved the issue but they still felt I should pay them for their time. Are you kidding me they Had my Battery for 3 Months, I doubt they even looked into why the battery wouldn’t charge they just don’t give a dam about the Customers after they have sold them a Bike. I will ensure every person I speak with in the future about E-bikes knows not to bother with Freddy’s e-bikes.

Incredible. Honestly I’m about to sound like a paid review here. My husband and I both got bikes. The service was excellent, right down to helping us with kids seats, understanding and learning about e-bikes and delivery. Highly recommended. We bought the Lekker Jordaan + and the Amsterdam GT. A big shout out to Andrea , Richard and the staff at blind Freddy's e-bikes. I recently purchased a Amsterdam GT e-bike from blind Freddy's Brendale. I could have purchased it online for a few dollars cheaper and gone through the pain of building it and trying to set it up correctly but I chose to go through Andrea to ensure that it was done properly. They made the whole journey of purchasing exactly the bike I wanted with the specifications best suited to me absolutely seamless. It was a pleasure to deal with people who cared. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first 5 rides already and look forward to many more. The bike itself is superb and I know that when it comes time to servicing I can rely on Andrea and the team to look after it just as they did when they sold it to me.nWell done guys. Cheers Rocket
