Efficient, friendly staff who provided great service and advice. Very good range of products and brands. Membership deal provides great value for already very competitive pricing. Bowen Hills store is my go to for all my cycling needs.
I bought a carrier for the car. After assembly I realised it might not be compatible with my car. After calling the store a very helpful staff member asked me to come back and they'll have a look for me. The carrier wasn't compatible and they found me another, assembled it and fitted it to my car before I left, to ensure everything was good to go. Amazing customer service and I'm very grateful to Jake and Casey who helped me today. Thank you!

Jared provided me with excellent customer service - he listened and then explained a solution with a good estimate of how long it may take.
