Excellent service by the team! Took my non-Giant branded bike in for a service and couldn't be happier with the end result. Right from booking it in to pick up, their service and comms was excellent. Bike now rides amazing and feels better than it has it a long time.
I was surprised at just how good the service was after receiving less the good elsewhere on many occasions. All staff super friendly and eager to help. Took the time to setup my and explain my new Giant Fathom. Already telling others about the great service offered at this store.

Excellent Customer Service, Went in for a test ride on a new Giant Trance and the service was second to none! Matt was awesome to deal with, very polite, friendly and was a positive buying experience! I'd recommend these guys to anyone! I'd give them 10 stars if I could, A++++
