Had my 10 year old Trek alpha roadie in for a full service last week. Rode very smoothly yesterday. John was very helpful in swapping over my stem for a more suitable one to address a riding position issue and also in fitting a 9 speed cassette suitable for hill climbing. Thanks John.
Great little bike shop! Donna was super helpful with advice about which accessories I should get and also fantastic tips about my new bike in general. Very friendly and personal service.
We had been very happy shopping at this store and supporting locals however until recently. We purchased a set of tyres, they provided a discount however they were still $10 - $15 more expensive per tyre than many other competitors. When asked if they would match the price or refund, they became very rude which was unexpected. They advised this was the RRP, they advised they were not obliged to refund but they consider however it was how rude and arrogant they were about the situation. We won't worry about the $20, its not worth it but we will not be shopping at this store again and nor will we recommend anyone in the future. Good customer service goes along way!
