Bunnings Stafford

I love this Bunnings . It’s an easy park and into the store it’s not too big to navigate . The garden section is particularly good . Customer service excellent. Just can never find a staff member anywhere near the BBQ FURNITURE , paving or playground or bagged soil area . No trouble though the rest of the store . They really are a very friendly and customer focussed bunch . Well done

Been in the Stafford Store multiple times now where I have got ignore by multiple Staff I guess their competition Master is out so this Store has gone back to its old ways of ignoring customers, Hopefully this is not like all your stores. Still having issues with the store and some of the staff I asked one of your staff where I could find something the person told me I can’t help you I’m going on my break that is very unprofessional and you should look into retraining some of your staff, the customer interaction that people get from the staff is un welcoming especially the Manager (Josh) who was rude and not welcoming at all this store needs a full remove these staff

99% of staff are helpful & welcoming. I went to paint section to order a paint, there was no one there behind the counter. I waited for about 5 minutes & no one showed up (probably they were busy with other customers) I walked toward the main entrance & asked one of the staff if he knows when there will be a staff member available for paint section. He told one of his co-workers to replace him so he could help me get a paint. I was extremely happy with the service ❤ufe0fud83dude4f

Large facility with heaps of parking and a dedicated garden supply centre.They supply and sell just about everything you will ever require for home and garden maintenance, improvements and upgrades. Varied range of hardware items. Complete range of well priced tools, paint, lighting. Finding a staff member can sometimes be an issue. This l have experienced at most Bunnings stores. Stafford is no exception.When you do engagea staff member, they are usually pretty knowledgeable and equally helpful. My only real complaint which does not effect my five star rating as Bunnings has effectively equipped me out of a tight spot on numerous occasions.
