Excellent experience at this store compared to others in the area. They listened to my needs, measured me up correctly and organised a test ride. The staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. When it came to a trade in they looked after me and made sure I had at least the minimum accessories to go with my new bike purchase. I cannot fault the products or services received.
I have shopped with BRM for over 10 years and purchased many bikes/ accessories for myself and the family. They have always been excellent to deal with. Chris the owner and his team have always given unbiased advice and stocked great quality products. Their after sales service has been exceptional. Highly recommend them if you need a bike fit or e-bike!
Great to see these are one of the bike shops that are open on Sunday in Brisbane, which is really convenient for me at the moment and that for the Specialized brand they have an impressive range of stock to choose from. Also extremely friendly and helpful staff. Thanks heaps!
