Richie was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I took a really long time to make my final decision and Richie was patient and understanding. I asked so many questions and Richie was more than happy to answer them and give me advice. My handles arrived promptly and I love them. The range at Bauers is huge with a large display of so many handles. Their website also provides great photos, size and price details. I was so happy to find a local business that I could physically go to, rather than buy online from an overseas company and risk having to return them. I would absolutely recommend Bauers Hardware to others.

Terrible customer service. Ordered two handles online and still waiting - it has been a week. Upon calling them to track my order the guy on the other end did not know what he was doing and could not find the order. In response to your message below, I had contacted you on the 8/12 to check the status of my order. I understand this is a Sunday and you would not have responded, however I expected a response the following day which did not happen. You are essentially running an online business with a manual system which does not work. If you are going to run an online business then you need to have a tracking service so that customers can track their items and these situations are avoided. You have not offered me a refund, I requested it and still have not received it.

We have used Bauer handles for 2 kitchens. Good quality product & Ritchie has always been helpful with any questions we had.
