I recently purchased some shoes from Liane at Mt Ommaney. They were on sale and my size was not in stock.nLiane arranged for prompt free delivery and I received the shoes within 2 business days.nUnfortunately, I'm a half size which is not available.nWhen I took them back, there was a no fuss refund issued and Liane even remembered both the transaction as well as my name..nSuch personalised customer service is not common. I had never bought Skechers before and was excited to give them a go today. I was well greeted by a staff member when i first visited this store and received good service initially however, i left the store to go home and retrieve my orthodics and returned 2 hours later only to be completely ignored. I was literally standing around for many many minutes only 1 metre away from the same staff member who had served me earlier that day. They appeared to be totally preoccupied with rearranging the shelves and never acknowledged me at all. They even stepped around me at one point. I was the only customer in the store yet i felt invisible. I walked out dissapointed and headed into another shoe store and happily gave them my money instead.

Great service. Anna rose went above and beyond to try and find my size in a particular style that was out of stock and on special. She finally found it in another state and kept me informed all the way!! Thanks so much. Love the shoes and the service.
