I am very disappointed with the service for an August purchase. ETA was mid October, then end of November, then mid December. Still waiting. Excuses instead of delivery or refund. I see another sale is on. I wonder how long these customers will wait.

Worst customer service ever!!! Manager is rude and avoid answering the phone calls. Never calls back as promised. Have been trying to swap over the couch and receive some info regarding planned delivery, no luck for over 1month. Avoid if possible
