We recently went to the Furniture Shack Jindalee for the first time and ordered some of the most beautiful outdoor pieces and we were really happy with the customer service received from Ashleigh and Tamara. The staff were so helpful and friendly, not pushy at all. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for great quality furniture at great prices!

I live 5 hours away in a small country town. I had been looking for a suitable outdoor setting for almost a year and decided to try some places in Brisbane. Most places have the same ranges of furniture. The Furniture Shack in Jindalee had some lines of furniture I had not seen before. In 10 minutes and with the help of the staff I had selected a good quality setting for the right price but what I was most impressed with was the service I received after the sale was made. As the setting was a mixture of two separate settings there was a short wait for it to arrive in Australia then be delivered. I was kept informed of the progress all the way through. There was no delaying, no talking rubbish or making excuses, when I was told a time for it to be delivered it was there, service that you don't normally get in todays world.
