Customer service is not dead! A massive shout out and thank you to the great team at this wonderful store. Their service was outstanding from the second I stepped into the store. I felt understood and heard and appreciated them targeting my needs with the best product. The Area Manager, Gus, was so so obliging when my situation changed. I attended the Jindalee store to upgrade from a Queen to a King size bed.nI had no idea what I was looking for and needed a fair bit of assistance.nGus was absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable! First purchase - custom super king headboard. Sale was excellent. Minor delays with delivery due to COVID but Gus took the lead to keep us up-to-date with the changing situation. Overall, very happy with our purchase and service. The headboard was measured perfectly and the quality, excellent.
