Barbeques Galore Jindalee

Recently purchased a wood heater through the store, staff were so helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning and made the process so easy. Great service and communication.

I have to say. This shop is so clean and tidy. It's very calming to walk in here. Unfortunately, I found that the service offered did not fit with the surroundings, I went in looking for a spare part for my bbq. There was one other customer in the shop being served by a staff member with another staff member at the counter as well. I walked around the shop looking for what I wanted, it felt like 10 minutes but in reality was probably 5 and was not even acknowledged. I ended up walking out.

Good range of all things needed for BBQs and smoking and grilling. Lots of outdoor furniture also.

Customer service is non-existent. In store the staff seem completely unaware of the presence of customers.nnI've ordered three products from this store in the past year, the first two products were delayed and I didn't hear a word from the store. I cancelled the first order after two months, the second one was a month late with no update. They said they'd call me four days ago to tell me when to expect the third product that I've paid for in full but I still haven't heard from them.nnEdit: Finally heard from them after calling twice and ringing out. Their distributor didn't even have the product in stock but they didn't mind taking my money without knowing if they can get the product.
