Snooze Jindalee

Sean, the salesman listened to us before making an assessment as to which mattresses would best suit us. He then showed us the different types of manufacture before showing us several suitable beds to choose from. No pressure just helpful information, sweetened buy a good delivery deal.

Highly recommend the team at Snooze Jindalee. We had a problem with our new mattress and Paul went above & beyond to help us out. Will definitely be going back when we need to replace our guest bed. If you're in the market for a new bed definitely go & see them at Snooze Jindalee!! Great friendly, customer service, they really do listen care about their customers. Thanks guys!!

I have visited many Snooze stores (and other bed shops) and found this store to have the worst communications and customer service. This is not a reflection upon snooze as a brand- it is only a representation of the Jindalee store. Paul (the manager of this store) will make rude remarks about other snooze stores and will try and do this as a way to make more sales. He knows a lot about mattresses, but can't connect with customers or even be a nice guy...

Customer service here is brilliant; quality and price were fantastic as well. I'm so glad I chose this store to begin my shop for a new mattress, I had no need to look anywhere else!
