My wife brought a Weber Q for me for Xmas 2016. Today I rang Weber customer support to ask about warranty as the paint on my lid is bubbling and peeling. They ask for me to email a picture to them and 10mins later I received an email stating that a replacement lid is on the way. This is exactly why I buy Weber, and the fact that they are an awesome BBQ. Post sales service and warranty are second to none.
Went into the store to purchase a couple of BBQ's and the service was amazing. They had what I wanted in stock and brought it all out and loaded it in the car for me. Definitely recommend.
Bought a Weber. Staff was so friendly, knew his stuff and made the experience so easy. He even carried the box out to the car for us!
