Recently picked up my new bike from Taylor Cycles and they made the whole process a breeze from assisting with choosing the right bike to keeping me updated on when it was due to arrive and fitting the bike on pick-up. Every time Jay touches my bike it comes back beautiful. He’s the only bike shop I’ve never had to complain about quality of service work in 25 years of riding. Good deals on sales also.
Had a great experience with Jay and the crew. He gives great advice and is straight-talking which is especially valuable with all the COVID disruption around. And my needs weren't straightforward either....a custom frame and a custom build that would combine components I already had and ones Jay needed to source for me. All the way through to collecting the bike, doing the bike fit and sharing a ceremonial beer as I wheeled it out of the shop, the experience was a really good one. I'd recommend Taylor Cycles without reservation.
