In a world where after sales care and support is diminishing this business is setting the standard in customer service. It is this standard that will always make me a Florsheim customer. Thank you Shannon for your recent help with my shoes. You could have easily sent me away with a bunch of reasons not to help me but your pride in your shoes and your company is why i will continue to buy Florsheim and promote to others as often as i can.

What a pleasant surprise and pleasure to get such competent service. I called to check stock for a shoe I saw online, Taylor was very accommodating'' offering to put the last pair aside for me, when I came into the store Caroline W was expert in helping me try them on, they were not to my liking but with Caroline's help I was pointed in the right direction, normally I take an 11 (due to lack of half sizes), Caroline encouraged me to try the 10 1/2 which I did and it was perfect. Very happy with style, fit, price and service, does not get any better than that.

Although I wasn’t able to find a pair of shoes due to my foot size, the team were extremely helpful and bought out countless shoes for me to try on. Florsheim also seems to have pretty good service, particularly at this store, Pacific Fair and Robina.
