Have always been happy with nine west before I went to Indooroopilly shoping centre branch few days ago,nStaffs were so different between brisbane city branch and Indooroopilly, both two staffs I met in Indooroopilly shopping centre branch,nthey totally meant to ignore me whole the time I passed through the shop, they seems very stressed and didn’t want to pay attention at the moment unfortunately when I was there ?

I could not make a decision on a few pairs of shoes and staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Eventually, decision was made and we proceeded to the payment process and staff showed unbelievable patience because my card stopped working and I was trying to sort it out and even tried other options of paying like Google pay, zippay credit card and other stuff. Fortunately, I was able to make it work and left the store being very grateful and satisfied to the maximum.

Gorgeous shoes, great price point for such quality. Emily at the Indooroopilly store was an absolute ray of sunshine. Friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Her level of customer service is rare these days. Thanks for the tips on shoe care Emily!

I'd never shopped at Ninewest until today. The dark haired lady helped me and got me lots of shoes to try. Would recommend.
