Staff that know their stuff! I was approached by Jane who clearly knew all about the brands and the features of each shoe. She was super attentive and patient with my dozens of questions and helped me narrow down my choice to the most appropriate options. Manager Trudy was great as well. I felt confident in my Frankie4 purchase! Breath of fresh air - walked out of there a very happy customer!!
