I was really disappointed with the service I received in the Indooroopilly store, particularly as I’ve had a positive experience in other Shoes & Sox stores. When I arrived in the store, I signed up for a fitting using the QR code and while I waited I looked for some potential shoes for my 2 year old to try. The store wasn’t very busy, there were two other customers. I waited for some time before a sales assistant asked if I was ‘right’ after she asked a woman who was already being looked after first. My child was also a bit scared and she didn’t really do anything to help make him feel at ease. In the end I purchased a pair of shoes, but no alert in regards to the fitting so using the QR code was useless. I don’t think I’ll be returning for another pair.

Quick and efficient fitting, listened to the little man and made the whole process enjoyable!

The service was exceptional hands done. Alissa knew her stuff and made it such a breeze to fit my son for his first pair of shoes for Prep. He was very shy and she made it such an amazing experience. He loved it.nWas soo glad I made a booked in advance for a fitting as it was crazy but we were looked after immediately upon arrival and our booking time.nWill definitely be a return customer.

The sales assistant that helped us was really very helpful. The busiest time of year for you guys and she was honestly really friendly and helpful, and great with my super shy daughter. Definitely recommend this store.
