Awful experience changing over incorrect shoes. It may be a store policy not to give a refund but have you heard of ACCC law? Customers do not like having their business forced, wouldn't you rather us come back because we enjoyed the experience? The staff were rude and belittling, not somewhere I would ever shop at again, you have lost my business.nEdit: after three months of calling and leaving messages to H/O, no return contact has been attempted.

Horrible experience, my partner wanted to return shoes because they were uncomfortable. The girl serving was so rude and unwelcoming just because we wanted to return stuff. I had to intervene when she was being stupid and not offering refund or exchang while making excuses. I somehow was able to get a refund.nnIf i am owner, i will fire that ugliness from my store straightaway.
