Great casual shoes! Love the collection at Indooroopilly store.
Excellent customer service
Brought new shoes. So happy with them. Staff were fantastic. But I have to say that one of your staff members Natalie, definitely stood out with her professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. She brought out numerous shoes for me to try on and was able to provide me with the best shoe care for my product. Thanks :)
Turns out shoe shops do give you old unwashed store socks to use when trying on shoes. The sock was sweaty when I put it on and then they put it straight back in the sock pile for another unsuspecting client to use. Horrified. But bought the shoes. Luckily I don't think I have caught any foot fungus (as yet). Otherwise was served quickly and they knew their stuff but can only give 1 star for hygiene reasons.
