Perfect customer service with professional knowledge, and most importantly amazing shoes! Jared was really helpful! Been there twice and we were taken good care of by Jared. He’s very patient and knowledgeable and showed us suitable styles and shared with us how to take care of the shoes. We like that he actually he thinks for your best interest and not pushy at all! I would say it’s one of the best customer service we’ve ever had and you just couldn’t expect more.

Amazing experience! I looked at the website and then called to check for stock. Howie picked up the phone and was very professional. He spent a little bit of time with me deciding on how to set up the visit. When I got there Friday morning, he already had the shoes waiting! It was amazing! The personalisation of the experience is what draws me more to this shop and I highly recommended it. A few gentlemen I often talk to asked me where I got them and what it was like getting my first proper pair of shoes. I told them to go to this place and enjoy! And the best part of all of this - I had only gone to kmart and not really bothered with the quality or construction of the shoe. After spending money on 3 different pairs of shoes for the month, I thought it was good to really look into it. I can only speak for shoes, but the girl that helped me out was very knowledgeable and helpful.nProvided plenty of advice and quickly ascertained my level of knowledge and tailored her advice to suit that. Answered all my questions satisfactorily and did a lot to help me find something else that I was looking for (that was not in stock).nVery friendly.nTo me, dealing with a brand that cares about its customer experience is as important as the quality of the shoes themselves and I'm happy to say that the shoes have been equally as great.nnCould not be happier with this shopping experience.
