My girlfriend went in there to get fabric and sewing advice. There were three staff in the fabric section and one was serving a customer. As we approached the other two staff stacking the shelves my girlfriend explained that she was new to sewing and wanted help to select an easy fabric to learn on. The older blonde lady (who looked to be training a new team member) rudely shunted us back to Angie the other busy team member.nn3 staff and only one customer... not acceptable and a great way to shatter the enthusiasm of a beginner sewer.nnLeft without purchasing a sewing machine, fabric, scissors, tape measure and everything else she was needing. Disappointing to say the least.

Love this place. It is a treasure trove of wonderful. Staff are lovely, always find what I'm looking for. Easy parking

At the fabric section, the cutting counter, the younger girl Cassie was lovely but the older lady has got to be the most rude and condescending person I've come across in a while and has no business in customer service with an attitude like that. She needs to pull her head in.
