Staff were helpful although maybe too helpful. As soon as I walked in, one staff member INSISTED on giving me a tour of their 4 square meter shop. I was then looking at shoe laces and as soon as a staff member saw me they insisted on grabbing me laces from the back to try on my shoe, they then took about 10 mins to get laces out of the back room. Y'all, I just wanted to go in for a quick 2 min look...

The most shocking experience which I have ever had in purchasing a pair of sporting shoes. A kindly, but inept, sales person assisted me. The end result was walking out with a pair of shoes one size too small which cost $250.00. 'Wear them in' they say. No. The ombudsman will be dealing with this under the Consumer Protection Act. ud83dude14

This is a small store with a limited range of shoes. The store has some basic brands and the only brand that stood out was Lacoste. There doesn’t seem to be anything at the store that pops as would be expected from a boutique shoe store. If you are looking for a better range of shoes or something a bit more special, I suggest looking elsewhere or online. If there is something that grabs you at this store, you may find better value elsewhere. I think the staff are friendly and helpful, but the store does not have the product styles and range it portrays in its branding.

The level 2 stores staff are so helpful and friendly! Every time I’m in there I feel completely looked after and comfortable to make my decisions on my own terms. Perfect customer service if you ask me.

Amazing range of shoes, from cheaper casual shoes to NMD’s and much more. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they didn’t try and up-sell me on more expensive shoes than I wanted. I recommend coming here if you want cool shoes at retail prices with great service and stock.
