Order was placed online with no further contact, engagement and email response from Shoeyz team via any communication methods for nearly two weeks. A contingency plan should be in placed to communicate, response, and inform the buyers on the order during this difficult time. Very disappointed experience with Shoeyz, will never purchase anything form them no matter how exclusive they are.
Superb customer service, Evan is the supreme Legend. Was kind enough to allow me to swap shoes twice and even apply discount after their sale had finished because I had purchased the first shoe in the sale period. I ended up with a great pair of On Running shoes - Cloudswift, after buying a couple that didn't suit my foot (all online purchases). Thanks mate, keep up the good work!
