My experience shopping here was awful. When my friend and I went to try on jeans we wanted to bring a belt in so we could see how it looked with them. Before we even enter the changing room area she sprints over to us and practically snatched the belts from our hands, rambling on that it’s store policy not to bring accessories in. We came out of the cubicles and proceeded to use the mirrors in the area to try on the belts. If we even stepped a foot further into the corridor where we were not in sight she would sprint over again and rant on about the policy. When we changed out of the jeans we were trying to be nice and went to hang them back on the rack where they came from. Again, she sprints over and snatched them from our hands sayin that ‘no, we hang the clothes up ourselves here.’ Her demeanour came across as so uptight and aggressive when we were simply trying to do the right thing.nnI understand that every store has certain policies but the employee could have been ten times more polite instead of the extremely condesending and aggressive way she behaved today.
