I looked around the Brisbane DFO shop for some time trying to find what I needed, and since no one approached me I decided to find a staff member for assistance. Two were chatting together so I politely waited until they finished their conversation. As I went to speak to them they both walked away and ignored me. I did the same and walked away to another shop to spend my money. I won’t be back for staff to waste my time.nnEdited additional:nI emailed the company as per request and gave a full account of my experience. The reply was full of platitudes and cliches in the usual form letter. At no point did it make me feel like walking back inside the store.
Very friendly service and huge sale offer
The most uncomfortable store in the mall. No space at all to walk around and not enough sits to try the shoes on. Once you try the shoes you must go to find a mirror to have a look at it. Very annoying.
