Katie at Early Settler is amazing - I have purchased a few things from this store over the years and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is thought out - the style, the delivery, the cost - she even made sure we measured the height of the lift to ensure everything would fit for home delivery - something I would never think to do. Honestly, amazing in every way!nnAbout a month ago i ordered 2 dining chairs. They arrived in the next week as I was told when purchased and are a lovely addition.nnI had already ordered some furniture at another brand's store (not early settler) and my order blew out to a ridiculous number of weeks. And no one could help me. I eventually cancelled that and asked Early settler if they could help me. I had tight deadlines as i needed the furniture to sell my house. The amazing lady at Early Settler (i wish i remembered her name!) called and checked she could get it on a truck that day to make it on time. And it did.nnSaved me and I'm so thankful!

Great customer service. I really like this shop, there are so many beautiful pretty things here.

The store staff seem nice enough. But god help you if you purchased a faulty item from them, customer service is atrocious and 2 months later we are still awaiting our refund.
