Dylan is a one-man show holding down the forte while also being friendly. Him and Karen made the whole process pretty smooth and very chill. Would recommend.

Worst service I have ever had the misfortune to endure. The servant assisting me was short in patience, rude in his behaviour, arrogant when I questioned a process, and finally he unilaterally suddenly refused to lease me the vehicle I had ordered days ago. Why would he take such a drastic action? Simply because I dared to question Budgets refund policy. He couldn't accept I would not blindly agree to a withholding of the deposit for 48 hours upon return of the vehicle. I was required to pay upfront I thought it only reasonable Budget would refund the deposit not in 48 hours, but immediately upon the return of the vehicle. Surely fair enough. Finally as I was being ejected from the store, not really ejected but in an impasse with no way forward, the manager suddenly informs me my credit card was not accepted by Budget. Not accepted, its a fair dinkum credit card, what more do they need. Are only credit cards Budget has a cosy kickback arrangement with accepted. To top it all off I went to Budgets website to make a formal complaint regarding my treatment and lo and behold they have no complaints process. Incredible. A major company arrogantly failing to provide an avenue of complaint. Tells me everything about their ethos, not the advertised dribble, their shady core values. Which clearly does not include customer service on any level. Corporate greed governs them, blind, debilitating greed. The bottom line their guiding principle. Not to mention employing grubs with little conflict resolution skills, and prepared to trash my plans costing me time and money. You can bet the word of mouth I propogate about Budget for now on will be far from flattering, they deserve to be unmasked for the hollow shell they are. Stay away from Budget, do yourself a favour and significant angst and inconvenience. I consider myself a balanced reasonable individual therefore you can trust me when I say Budget is simply toxic.

We recently rented a car from Budget Hamilton as it was the best price at the time due to a very expensive Christmas period after borders reopened. It was a short, easy and cheap taxi ride from the Brisbane Airport. Despite this slight inconvenience to get there, it was well worth it for the exemplary service we received from the moment we picked up the car and throughout the rental period and having to extend the contract multiple times due to the uncertainty of being able to return to Victoria when borders were closed again due to Covid Lockdown. It's been a very challenging holiday and it's always difficult trying to change flights/accommodation/hire car but Budget Hamilton have been the easiest and friendliest to deal with. It may have been our first time renting through Budget Hamilton, but it won't be the last. Thank you!

Rip off. Returned truck full of diesel, yet they charged me $20 in fuel charges. These guys are scammers. No customer service to get my money back. Don't ever use. You have lost me as a customer for life!
