Wonderful experience with the van we rented for 2 weeks, the trip was wonderful. However we cracked a panel (just a plastic one that’s very easy to replace) inside the van and it’s been nearly 5 weeks and Maui have still kept our entire deposit of $7,500 until it’s fixed.nnZero communication from the Brisbane branch, have chased every week and occasionally someone from the Maui head office will email me and say they are still chasing them too.nnI’m down thousands of dollars and have absolutely no idea when I’ll get the money back.
Terrible experience. Our van broke down 2nd day of our 10 day trip. The after hours service was non existent. Just kept telling us to drive even after the mechanic we saw told us that he would not get back into that car. They do not offer 24 hr service. Felt very unsafe with two kids. Van was very noisy. Finally got a replacement second van had broken glass on the floor. The draws kept opening while we we driving, one of them fully fell out at one point. Sent thl an email to let them know how disappointed we were they never responded. Only responded once we called them (month after original email was sent) to pay the tolls. Would never use this company aagain. Very bad customer service.
The van a new Mercedes had a few issues but RHL were so great fixed things straight away and then phoned me to make sure problems was fixed couldn’t fault the van or RHL had the best holiday and they even gave me 2 extra days free because of the inconvenience would recommend Maui to anyone will definitely do it again with the same people thanks Maui for a great holiday my sister and I had the best time ud83dudc4c
Great motor home. We were luck to get a brand new Mercedes,. What a great vehicle to drive. This motor home was very well laid out and comfortable. Really happy with the whole process in hiring a motor home from this company,..Highly recommend there service and there product. Absolutely no complaints what so ever. Thank you!
