Everyone was very friendly. I called when I arrived at Brisbane airport to get their shuttle and was given clear and concise directions on where to go, which was so helpful, because I didn’t know my way around. The shuttle took 5 min and I was quickly processed and out of there with my car! When I dropped the car off, I was running late for my flight and they went out of their way to get me to the airport ASAP. The car was well presented and had a full tank of petrol. They did a thorough assessment of the car beforehand with me there. Their prices were more than reasonable. I feel good using a born and bred Brisbane business, that delivered more than I paid for, with professional and personable costumer service. I will definitely use Crazy Clark’s Car Rentals again!

Don't let the name fool you, These guys are absolute professionals. Fantastic customer service from Peter and his team, nothing is too much trouble. An easy shuttle bus ride away, very close to BNE airport.nThe cars are very well presented and in great condition, the paperwork is a breeze at the office and you're on your way in under 10 minutes.nAnd they were $100 cheaper than the nearest competitor !!.nSpeaking of.. Those guys could learn a heck of a lot from Peter and the team at Crazy Clarks Car Rental... Highly recommended.

Super affordable car rentals, friendly service, and rather casual and flexible. Had no idea Crazy Clark's moved into car rentals but there you go. Highly recommend using them. Located near the airport so for interstate or overseas travellers, it's not too far to travel to pick up an affordable rental car.

Great Value for money and all the cars are practically new or near new. Venture off the airport to get a better deal. The shuttle service is good and Peter and his team do their very best to accommodate your needs. You may need to wait a little for pick up when they are busy so just allow for a little extra time. But the good deals make up for this. Have already booked again for this weekendud83dude01

These guys really are outstanding. So good to do business with people who are customer focused, friendly and efficient. I regularly hire cars due to work (annual budget of $10k per annum) and I only use Crazy Clarks when in Brisbane now due to the great service
