JUCY Car Rental and Campervan Hire Brisbane

We chose a compact SUV for our 2 week holiday here in Queensland and are incredibly satisfied with our rental. The staff were friendly and helpful, the car was modern and clean and the company was upfront about its fees and penalties. Extremely well priced for the quality of vehicle, and willing to allow young drivers to drive the cars. Would highly recommend!

DO NOT USE. I had a reservation canceled due to the recent corona outbreak in Brisbane and they kept my full payment, I went through a 3rd party who told me juicy would not refund me. Juicy themselves said they would give me a $218 docket for later use. This is 10% of the money I paid. A total rip off. DO NOT USE

Jucy van was spacious and easy to use. However wasn’t clean when we got it, and tank was on empty when it was given to us. We had a horrible experience as we had been broken down and needed vehicle recovery. The roadside assist we paid extra for $45 a night says and states that it is all included (which is why we got it in the first place) when we where stuck there was nothing “jucy” could do.... although that was what we were lying for. It wasn’t until the third call that anyone had asked any details from us and was inclined to help us. It was then up to us to Faulk out $500 for tow and fix (WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED AS STATED IN OUR CONTRACT)

Christopher our shuttle bus driver went above and beyond, and made the experience with Jucy fantastic, give that man a raise!

If I could give negative stars I would.nMy partner and I rented a van for our trip up Townsville. We had a great experience with Jucy in NZ so we were excited to go with them again. When we picked our van up on the Saturday we got home to pack our things and the van was dirty, and in a terrible state so we had vacuum and clean it all ourselves. Not only was it dirty and the side mirrors foggy, parts were being held together with tape and the stereo did even have a proper volume dial, it was broken. We called jucy and they said they would give us a discount or 10% and a free day which was good and the customer service on the phone was really understanding on that day which was nice.nnBut our issues didn’t stop there. On our drive up the right sliding door was broken. It was hard to open to start off with but it would not shut completely so leaving the van not secure and the open door sign on the dash constantly. No matter what we did, it would not shut and even got stuck in that position. We called jucy a number of times to voice our concern and disappointment with this van being rented out. We then didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in a van that wasn’t shut properly and had to stay in motels so what was the point in even getting the van in the first place.nnWhen we got back to the depot on Saturday we were expecting a manager or someone with some sort of position to be able to see the van and compensate is for not even being able to use it for its original purpose. But surprise surprise, there was no one there who could help us properly. The lady who helped us said that she would send an email of to her manager and he would call us first thing Monday morning. He didn’t call and my partner had to call him and they said that he wasn’t free but to call back later and that he didn’t finish until 5 so there was plenty of time. We called him at 4:05 and was told that we had just missed him and he just gone home for the day.nnSo then the next day we have called and have been told he is on a road trip and there is no one else to help us in today. They are giving us the run around and the impression that they could not care less and aren’t respectful enough to actually follow through in what they said they are going to do.nnVery very disappointed with this and the run around trying to have someone help us.
