Friendly, helpful staff made the check-in and checkout easy. Car was in excellent condition and competitively priced. Recommend allowing up to 30 minutes for the shuttle ride between the airport and depot. Only one shuttle bus running so it can be a wait if you just miss the bus at either end.

Friendly staff, air port shuttle bus picked us up and dropped us off, upgraded vehicle on pick up. Only issue is car insurance is done through a 3rd party so although we took it out and are covered we have to have the excess $'s pending from our account until windscreen is replaced then we can claim through insurance. On saying that staff were helpful in explaining and going through paperwork with us.

This service is disgusting. Arrived at Brisbane airport to a 45-minute wait for the shuttle bus, even after calling them as I arrive and being assured it would be there within 15 minutes. The first shuttle to arrive was then more than filled up the number of people waiting. On hiring the car, I then specifically asked how tolls would be dealt with. I was encouraged to download an app to deal with it per toll, only to then be hit with a $35 toll admin fee from Ace anyway. And of course if you don't have time to sit on hold all afternoon they have no option to contact them for assistance. Wouldn't use them again if they gave it to me for free.

Reasonable prices, great service including bus transport to and from the airport. With such great service, why would you hire from anyone else!! I will definitely use Ace again and I’ll be sure to tell others too ud83dudc4dud83cudffc
