Be very careful. These guys charge you $32 for fuel if you don’t refill it the exact point of where it was when you collected the vehicle and I mean to the millimetre. I won’t using Hertz Hendra again.

Sent me incorrect invoices and took money from my account not once but twice to total of approx $150. Both times were related to me having to spend two hours on a Sunday night taking the car back because it was listed for recall to get another one. I didn't complain about having to take it back or having to pay for tolls to do so, but was extremely disappointed that both the incorrect invoices stemmed from that event.
Great service, no fuss, busy but not a long wait
Slow service and very odd smell. Office is old and dirty looking. Lots of staff around and not many customers but still a long wait time. Pick up a took too long but drop off wasn't too bad
