To say I am blown away by the service provided is an understatement. I have not even left for my trip yet still the staff have been immensely helpful.nnI sent a query early in the morning before work and got an immediate response that was genuine and helpful, later on I needed to remedy my booking as there was a mistake and it took no time at all.nnI cannot wait to get to Brisbane! I have worked in the travel industry and never once have I received service (as an agent or customer) as stellar as this.nnI'd give you 10/5 stars but they won't let me! Andy was such a great help from when I picked up the car all the way till we dropped it off. Such lovely service and affordable pricing, with no extra add ons as stated on their website. Will 100% refer family and friends and will be back in the future. Thank-you once again :)
Just hired a car for a week from these guys. No issues at all. Picked me up and dropped me back to the airport. Car was clean when I arrived. Staff were super friendly. Best of all they are half the price of any other quote i got. Will defiantly be hiring again when I get back to Brisbane.
