Smooth as. Pick up at Brisbane was under 5 minutes, drop off was simply handing the keys over. Friendly staff.

Enterprise made my first time of hiring a car that easy it seemed to good to be true, hassle free worry free and clean well respected vehicles, will deffinately be using them again :)
Not recommended and not valued as customernI was dealt by customer provider and was given wrong information about pre-fill fuel which was charged in advance and also I was told to fit my own child seats X 2 which took about 40 mins of my time which would have spent somewhere else. The information about child seat should have been mentioned that I had to fit prior coming to know at counter. After all what was the point of paying that extra money for child seats? When I approached to them, they simply said that they can't do anything about my invoice about wrongly charged pre-filled fuel and hassle we had to go through child seats, not even sorry. Bad service and never ever Enterprise car rental.
