EXTREMELY disappointed by this service. I ordered a bag in JULY hoping to receive it in SEPTEMBER (I selected dates that were available!) for my brothers engagement party. 1 week before the event i get an email out of no where saying; my order has been refunded and will not be sent! I did not receive any communication from this company as to why it had been cancelled or enough notice to find another hire company to order a bag. I am now going to the event without a bag, thanks to lack of communication to your customer. This was also my first purchase with this company which will now be my last, completely stressed out trying to search for another company now to see if I can get a bag in time. Great customer service from Nicole and the team. By far the best car rental company we have dealt with. We enjoyed the use of a brand new car and without a doubt we will be back. Easy pick up an drop off at Brisbane Airport .

Finally, a car hire joint that is transparent in pricing! I am in shock. Great customer service and didn't charge an arm and a leg for reduced excess.
Chose them specifically because the quoted prices showed all levels of available insurance cover (no surprises). Great staff at pick-up and drop-off. Will definitely be my next rental.
