I cannot express my appreciation for Collette in Brisbane - RAD car hire. (I hope I’ve spelt her name correctly.) Her customer service skills were top notch, and even though we made a complete mess of our booking, she still dealt with us with such professionalism and continued to be so helpful. We will defiantly be booking RAD car hire again. Thank you once again Collette and we apologize for the inconvenience that we caused.

I rang in the morning to make a last minute booking as my husband needed to attend a funeral. When hubby got off the plane the lady was waiting at the luggage collection as promised. She then walked him to the carpark where the rental car was. My husband was on his way in a few minutes. He said it was very quick and easy. Coming back he gave them a ring half hour before drop off and the man met him at the airport. The car was not new but worked well. Highly recommend this car hire.
