Great value vehicle. The staff were very helpful and picking up and dropping off was fine. The have a shuttle bus like all the other smaller companies that runs back and forth all day. We will definitely use them again.
I have rented with Suncoast many times over the years. My first rental with them was when they were based out of Surfers Paradise, many moons ago. All of the cars were older then but they were still a cheap and cheerful crew. Now they also have new cars but there still good value. Some of the staff have been there ages and I always ring the same booking lady, Sarah, and she gives me a good discount to keep me coming back. It’s not all about cost but it helps. Over all I like the way they treat you here and that’s why I keep coming back.
This is a place is a great choice if you need a rent a car. They don’t hard sell. I was in and out very quick and my car was what I had reserved, no nasty surprises.
Used twice now. Both times the cars have been great value, a lot cheaper than the prices I got off some of the main companies. I highly recommend if you are looking to save money.
Decent cars at very good rental rates. The only problem is that they are a bit distant from the airport but shuttle service was provided.nnThe GPS that I took as an option was pretty much up to date with correct speed limits, speed camera and red light camera locations already programmed.nnThey provided me with a lock box so that I was able to return the car to the airport for an early morning flight.
