A very professional and personal experience. We needed a car for my family for a week at a reasonable price. Betta delivered. They arranged a shuttle to pick us up and take to a 24hour parking station where I was able to pick up our hire car. Everything went smoothly without any problems. The car was immaculate and suited our needs perfectly. Overall a fantastic experience, thank you Betta!
Couldn’t fault the customer service or the condition of the car. Prices were outstanding when compared to the bigger companies. Insurance was so much more affordable. The car was in A1 condition - like new. No profiteering from tolls since they just took the tolls we raised from our bond rather than allowing fines to mount. And the staff I dealt with were so friendly, helpful and reassuring and happy to assist with every need. I can’t recommend them enough. Perfect transaction.
Hired the car over Christmas period, received the vehicle in the night time and took pics of a couple of blemishes. Sent the photos to the car company who happily acknowledged the pictures and updated my file. Car is a third of the price of every other hire car company after researching for 2 weeks and vehicle was exactly what they said we were going to get. very happy with customer service and ease of pickup. Although you have to go offsite to get the car it's worth it for the $2k saving.(20day hire)
Hired, a car from these guys over a 2 week period for Christmas. it was quite easy to pick up the car from the airport location (using the Andrews shuttle) and drop it off again. Betta Auto hire was reasonably priced compared to the main car hire companies over Christmas. I would recommend to use Betta Auto Hire as I would used this company again.
Easy to hire and very convenient while visiting the Brisbane area. Our airport car hire allowed us to drive the whole family around without feeling cramped. Great car hire service!
