My bike was in pretty bad shape, caused from neglect. Was really happy with their work, bike is now riding like it is brand new! The service was great, i would highly recommend!

Fantastic service, expert advice and just lovely people.
Purchased a bike even though it was not a local shop over the phone with the promise it would be built by saturday and someone would call me. Hung around the house ready to till 2pm then had to call to find out it was out the back ready and no one had called. Literally just took my cash and gave me the bike to wheel out no offer of service or anything. My impression they do not care about these smaller priced sales. Specialized should give more bikes to the smaller stores that offer better service.
Fantastic experience.nnThey were able to quickly and cheaply repair my bike chain after Trek bicycle told me the only solution was to buy a new chain.nnBeen over a year now and have had no issues with the chain since!
